About the project TANDANS Consulting plays a crucial role as a subcontractor to AAM Consulting in “The Establishment of a Labour Market Information System for Proper Management of the Regime for Free Movement of Skills within the CSME” project. The primary objective of this consultancy is to provide the CARICOM Secretariat and its Member States with an operational framework for data management related to the free movement of skills within the CSME (Caribbean Single Market and Economy). The ultimate goal is to enable better management of labor migration, enhance the functioning of the CSME Integrated Labor Market, facilitate improved management of the impacts of free movement, and advance the CARICOM Social Security system under the Revised Treaty.
