About the project TANDANS Data Science Consulting serves as a subcontractor, providing consultancy services for the project aimed at capacity building in the collection and compilation of economic data related to labor force and market surveys, specifically for Anguilla. The overarching objective of this assignment is to assist the Ministry of Education and other relevant ministries and departments in effective planning, monitoring, and evaluation through evidence-based policymaking. This is achieved by conducting a comprehensive Labor Market Survey (LMS) and designing a methodology for collecting data on the informal sector while simultaneously building the capacity of the Anguilla Statistics Department (ASD) to continue producing such data.
