TANDANS, Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilen \"\u00c7ok Payda\u015fl\u0131 Ortakl\u0131k Modeli ile Kariyer Hizmetlerinin Sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Teknik Destek\" projesinde ECORYS'in alt y\u00fcklenicisi olarak \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Bu projenin temel amac\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye'nin TR21 (Trakya) b\u00f6lgesindeki kilit payda\u015flar aras\u0131nda ortakl\u0131klar kurmak ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektir. About the project TANDANS Consulting plays a vital role as a sub-contractor to ECORYS in the “Technical Assistance for Provision of Career Services through Multi-Stakeholder Partnership Model” project, funded by the European Union. The primary objective of this project is to establish and sustain partnerships among key stakeholders in the TR21 (Trakya) region of Turkey. These partnerships aim to support the transition of young people from education to employment, ultimately facilitating their career progression. The mission’s purpose is to identify the needs and expectations of selected stakeholders in education, employment, and career progression through qualitative data collection methods, including a review of secondary data, focus group discussions, and stakeholder interviews in the TR21 region. Services Types of Services Provided Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) is a vital part of the CCTE’s monitoring approach. This marks our first TPM project, and TANDANS serves as the independent monitoring firm. Our goal is to bring in extra monitoring insights to improve transparency and project impact. TANDANS successfully executed project design, crafted effective methodology, conducted comprehensive data collection and analysis, and adeptly reported and presented findings, showcasing our expertise in every phase of the project lifecycle.
